• Not recommended for pregnant women.
• Not recommended for people with mobility issues, cardiac or respiratory problems, with recent wounds or surgeries, or those who cannot participate in moderate physical activity.
• People under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be allowed in the tour.
• Maximum weight for zip lining is 135 kgs/300 lbs.
• For ATV tours, the minimum age is 16 for drivers and 8 for passengers.

Recommendations

• Basic swimming skills are necessary to take part in water activities of the tour
• This tour is not recommended for travelers with a limited mobility, recent surgeries, breathing problems or heart conditions, as well as pregnant women or people who can not perform moderate physical activities
• Only biodegradable sunscreen and mosquito repellent permitted
• Wear comfortable clothes, water shoes and closed-toe shoes
